A Mother's Love

There’s nothing more beautiful

than a Mother’s smile,

or how she carries herself

while worrying all the while;

her concern forever showing

just how much she cares,

and her ability to comprehend

more than anyone else would dare.

Their hearts are so wide open

deserving our respect,

they have a way of knowing

just what to interject.

Our lives are so much better

when a Mother smiles on us,

and equally as good

as when she might pitch a fuss;

for of all the blessings you might have

a Mother’s love is up on top,

because everything she does

shows a love that doesn’t stop.
