Mortality of Man
It’s something we all have But few care to admit. Hoping that at the last minute The Grim Reaper we’ll outwit. Our days they are all numbered Your time, it will come. Mortality will find us all Others sooner than some. We should all make the best Of the time that we’ve been given. We can always look back and say For that I need to be forgiven. Mortality is like a shadow Ever hidden in the dark. To rear its head when least expected On another journey we’ll embark. No need to live in fear No need to try and hide. When your journey on this earth is over The Lord will be on your side.
