Gossip

Did you hear about Sue

She’s having an affair with George

But isn’t he married

Why, yes of course.

You know that Steve guy

He’s got to be gay.

Have you seen him swish

No real man would walk that way.

If you can’t say

Anything nice about someone.

You must come sit next to me.

Gossip, is so much fun.

You know those aren’t real

And that ratty bleach blonde hair.

She’s got the morals of an alley cat

All she ever does is swear.

Well, you know Mary’s last baby

Her husband isn’t the father.

You know what’s even worse

The father is her brother.

Telling stories out of class

Gossip is my name.

Often the object of scorn

My object is to defame.
