To Seek Your Truth
Help me to figure out
What my life is all about.
Where did it start, and where shall it end?
Help me decipher between an enemy and a friend.
Guide me down the paths marked out for me;
Reveal all that my ignorance blinded me within life to see.
Give me strength when I can no longer stand;
In such moments of fear, let me hold tight of your merciful hand.
I remember being all along
with no hopes or dreams to call my very own.
I was so lost amongst those sacrificed for death
before the Truth came to unfold, I served my life for only the crystal meth.
I come once again fallen on the floor
For once again, I’ve closed the wide open door.
Take the cravings of this poison away,
and help me to seek your truth each and everyday.
