"Sierra Nevada"

Riding winds born from sierras above my home.
Sliding across dusty sun filled plains.
Purple-silver sage mark my shadow.
Eagle instincts, Raven passions saddle my thoughts spurring me to greater heights.

Venus’ cloak heralds twilights birth,
Negating further exploration.
With silver starlight, I fly for home…

Amongst four compass trees, on turf and cut stone red leaves have scattered.
I find my rest in an Allahambra of thought.
Serpentine wisdom comes to me in prophetic visions,
as I listen to a spring murmuring songs of antiquity.

That place . . .

is nice to be at. I need to be there more often. Thanks Dave, and welcome back!
