✨Anthology Front Page Contest Winner Announcement – 2025

Neopoet is proud to announce “Open Sez Me…” by Geezer as the Neopoet Front Page Contest winner for 2025.

This poem stood out for its open-hearted invitation into a shared world—one built on imagination, connection, and the quiet truth that poetry lives through community. With expansive imagery and a welcoming voice, “Open Sez Me…” reflects the very soul of Neopoet: a place where words roam freely and belong to all of us.

I really appreciate this poem. I have felt abused and neglected for a long time. Most of the time there are no other 's to share feelings of anger and depression with.
